This website, michelleparilla.com, is operated by Michelle Parilla ("I", "me"). This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information I collect

Information you give me. When you send a booking request, I collect your name, email address, company or brand, the type of help you are looking for, any message you write, and any availability you share. Information collected automatically. The site's hosting providers may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

How I use information

I use booking request information to reply to you, schedule and hold calls, and discuss possible work together. I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses essential browser storage to remember your cookie choice and your accessibility settings. Optional analytics are off by default and run only if you turn them on. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

Service providers

The site is built and hosted with Lovable and Supabase, which store booking requests on my behalf. Booking notification emails are delivered through an email service provider. The fonts are served by Google Fonts. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.

Links to other sites

The site links to LinkedIn and Instagram. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and I am not responsible for their practices.

How long I keep information

I keep booking requests for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our conversation, and then delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask me to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent through this site. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email michelle.mparilla@gmail.com. I will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
